Ingredients

2lbs shrimp, shelled and deveined

1 cup white flour

Wilson & Sons Bomb sauce of choice

Panko breading

 

Instructions

1. Dredge shrimp in flour

2. Mash it in the bomb sauce so that it sticks to both sides.

3. Pack it in the panko until covered.

 

If baking- spray the breaded shrimp with oil.

  1. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

  2. Fry in oil until golden brown

 

Crispy Spice Rub Shrimp

2 lbs shrimp, shelled and deveined

4 eggs, beaten

1 cup flour

Wilson & Sons Spice Rub

Panko Breading

 

1. Mix 2 tbsp spice rub into the beaten eggs.

2. Dredge shrimp in flour 

3. Dunk in the egg/rub mixture.

4. Pack it in the panko until covered.

If baking- spray the breaded shrimp with oil.

  1. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

  2. Fry in oil until golden brown
